We lived across the bridge in Brooklyn
On 8th Avenue
Down the street from my sister
Down the street from my best friend and her family
Across the park from Raul the Jewel
A few neighborhoods away from old friends
One state away from even older friends
Fred worked in an office
With the ladies
Ran a lot of miles with Knox
And played the occasional DJ gig
I studied and taught yoga
And danced
We had picnics in Prospect Park
Friends came for dinner
Friends had babies
Friends came to visit from out of town
Friends came to say goodbye

my word do i miss you. seeing these pictures makes me think of how you two are such awesome maestros of CONTACT. and, fact, most inspiring to me. is this too sappy for the blog comment? but really, tis true. to live in contact, you know, keeping it. being in it. with all our surroundings, neighbors, friends ... light, sounds ... in all media, extremeties ... just got me thinking that. how dern lucky i am. thank you. ... wait, didn't wcw have a mag named contact?
was you new year's resolution to never blog again?
just miss'n the updates that's all
