No Conditioning is Permanent

Early this month, during our training camp in Beacon, Knox and I hatched an idea to start a blog of our training, swap stories about races, tell jokes into the cyber-void, share recipes for recovery drinks that don't make you hurl, throw up setlists of songs that motivate us to get out the door every day and keep doing what we do. We roped our buddy Cohen in NYC into the mix, and we're live. So far we've reported on a couple races, tipped you off to where to find KR humming a tune, and dropped in on an AfroPop goddess (Cohen's report on the NYC Half Marathon is overdue... cough cough).

It's time to share it with you.

Riffing off the great Ghanaian funk of Marijata: "No condition is permanent," with full awareness of how easy it is for any of us to go from being in peak shape to feeling busted while running easy, we titled the blog: No Conditioning is Permanent.
